Zoho CRM is a comprehensive Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Yeastar P-Series Phone System offers 2 flexible options for Zoho CRM users, with integration settings and features available determined by your Zoho CRM edition.

CRM API Integration (Free Edition): Integrates seamlessly with Yeastar Linkus UC Clients and Linkus for Google, offering features like click-to-call, call logging, and enhanced telephony functions.

PhoneBridge Integration (Paid Edition): This option ensures a smoother call experience directly within your Zoho CRM.

With the Zoho CRM Telephony Integration (via PhoneBridge), users can enjoy an enhanced customer interaction experience. Features include native click dialing, screen pops with business cards, instant call follow-up activities settings, and more — all call activities are managed directly within the Zoho interface without relying on other apps. This integration solution enables users to have contextual conversations and efficient calls.

Native Click-to-Call. Call your leads and customers directly from Zoho CRM with a single click. Avoid the hassle of switching between devices or web pages, and streamline your call handling.

Screen Pop-ups in Zoho CRM. View pop-ups with business card directly in your interface, no need to open a new tab or application. With customer info, agents can be better prepared for calls and ensures high-quality service. They can also add notes and perform basic call control operations instantly from the pop-up.

Quick Start Reference

Before you start, you need to have a Yeastar P-Series PBX (Enterprise Plan or higher) and a Zoho paid edition account (Standard or higher).

Not having a Yeastar P-Series PBX yet? Apply for a 30-day free trial here.

Login to Zoho CRM> Telephony Marketplace and install the Yeastar App.

Login to your Yeastar PBX web portal, go to Integrations > CRM > Zoho to choose Paid Edition.

Get the authentication information and follow the instruction to authenticate Zoho CRM with your PBX via PhoneBridge.

Click to associate Zoho CRM users with PBX extensions and start enjoying!

*Note: If you already have Zoho CRM Integration (Free Edition), you can enable PhoneBridge on the existed CRM with similar steps.
