Yeastar for Zendesk provides enterprise-grade call handling and automation capabilities for Zendesk. Seamlessly integrates Zendesk with your Yeastar P-Series phone system to make better calls and automate repetitive tasks for maximized efficiency.
Key Features
Contact Synchronization. Inbound calls from external numbers trigger a contact lookup in Zendesk, and contact details are added to your Yeastar PBX phonebooks. Whenever your contacts call, the caller name is automatically shown on your phone display (IP Phone, Yeastar Linkus Web/Mobile/Desktop Clients, etc.).
Call Screen Pops. When you receive an inbound call, the caller’s record in Zendesk is brought up to your web browser automatically, powering context-rich conversations.
Ticket & Contact Creation. Set rules to automatically create new tickets for your inbound/outbound calls, or automatically create new contacts for your calls from/to unknown numbers.
Call Journal. Calls are auto-logged to tickets in Zendesk.
Click-to-Call & Call Control. With Yeastar Linkus browser extension, click to make calls right within Zendesk and fetch all call control features (call record, hold, mute, transfer, etc.) in a matter of seconds.

Quick Start Reference
Before you start, you need to have a Yeastar P-Series PBX (Enterprise Plan or higher) and a Zendesk admin account.
Not having a Yeastar P-Series PBX yet? Apply for a 30-day free trial here.
Login to your PBX admin portal, go to Integrations > CRM > Helpdesk and get the authentication information.
Login to your Zendesk Admin Center to add an OAuth Client with the authentication info
Go back to the PBX admin portal to authenticate the integration.
Click to associate Zendesk users with PBX extensions and start enjoying!
