Enhanced White Label Support
White Label Support for YCM
Want your resellers to see your branding information instead of Yeastar when they log in to YCM? Yeastar now add support for YCM White Label, which is a simple self-service solution to rebrand Yeastar Central Management platform.
Like our PBX white-label option, the YCM White-Label Template provides powerful yet straightforward customization capabilities. Here’s what you can personalize:

*Note: The portal domain serves as the login address to the central management platform. Your branding will only appear when users access the portal through your-defined portal domain. If users log in via the default Yeastar domain, Yeastar branding info will still be displayed.
Yeastar distributors and resellers can now customize branding for P-Series Cloud PBX, P-Series Software PBX, and the Central Management directly through YCM. This enables them to deliver a seamless, white-label experience that strengthens brand recognition, fosters customer loyalty, and unlocks new market opportunities.

The YCM white-label template feature is a paid add-on service available exclusively to Yeastar partners. Before you start, you may contact your Yeastar account manager for more details or subscribe to the service from Yeastar Partner Portal. Please note that the white-label service availability may vary by region.
White Label Settings Importing
Tired of repeatedly entering the same branding information during your white-label setup for P-Series Cloud Edition, Software Edition, or YCM platform? You can now reuse your white-label settings and quickly import them to a PBX white label template, reducing the time required for configuration.
Enhanced Custom Domain
Yeastar Central Management allows partners to customize the domain name of P-Series Cloud PBX, so as to establish their own brand of Cloud PBXs. With the latest update, Yeastar distributors and resellers can create multiple PBX custom domains for each region.
Now, beyond the one custom PBX domain included free with P-Series Cloud PBX White Label, Yeastar partners can purchase additional custom PBX domain quotas and assign them to their subordinate resellers. This gives their resellers more control over the Cloud PBXs.
*Note: The number of domains you purchase determines how many custom domains can be created in each region. For example: Buying 2 domains = Up to 2 custom domains per region.

The enhanced custom domain feature unlocks new revenue opportunities for YCM and BYOI while empowering resellers and hosting users with white-label branding capabilities. This can strengthen their brand control, reducing churn through personalized Cloud PBX deployments.
Domain Certificate Auto Application & Renewal
Previously, configuring certificates for Custom Domain, Cluster Domain, and YCM Domain required manual uploads – both during initial setup and for renewals after expiration. This process could be time-consuming.
With this update, Yeastar introduces automated certificate application and renewal to streamline the process. The system uses Certbot to handle certificate requests and renewals automatically – no file uploads needed. Simply select your DNS provider, and you’re done. It’s fast, simple, and requires minimal technical expertise.
For users who prefer manual certificate uploads, automatic certificate renewal is supported as well. Regardless of your chosen method (automated or manual), admins can flexibly configure the automatic renewal intervals. Yeastar also provides expiration email notification for manually renewed certificates, ensuring you’re notified before they expire – eliminating potential security risks.

Support Device Management for Resellers
Now, Yeastar distributors canassign purchased Remote Management service and connections to their subordinate resellers and configure device permissions for them.
If the reseller enables “Allow Passwordless PBX Login for Service Provider”, the superior distributor can directly access assigned devices from the device list, streamlining centralized device management and better tech support when needed.
Upon being assigned connections, resellers can:
- View their Remote Management Planand available connection quota
- Add and manage devices under their account

PBX Backups Remote Archiving (Only for Yeastar BYOI Partners)
Need a contingency plan to ensure immediate recovery when failure occurs? Great news for Yeastar BYOI (Bring Your Own Infrastructure) partners! You can now use Remote Archiving feature to sync Yeastar Cloud PBX system backups to an external server. Currently, Yeastar supports connections with Google Cloud Storage, Amazon S3, and FTP/SFTP servers.
*Note: Remote archiving task for Yeastar P-Series Software/Appliance Edition will be soon available in the next YCM firmware.
Yeastar provide 2 options for your archive task:
- Option 1: Create a archive-only task. You can choose a specific time range, and the system will automatically archive all backup files created during that period to your connected external server.
- Option2: Combine the Backup and Archive task.This means that backup files from a specific backup task will be automatically archived as soon as the task is completed. For tasks involving multiple PCE devices, archiving begins immediately after each device finishes its backup — no need to wait for the entire task to complete.
You can choose whether to delete the local YCM backup files after the archiving task succeeds. Once confirmed, the system will automatically remove the backups to free up YCM storage space and improve system performance.
